[Client.Company] shall pay TESLAS DRONES LLC via cash, check, PayPal, debit, or credit card in accordance with the pricing table. The final payment is due no later than 30 days after the photography shoot.

[Client.Company] will fully reimburse TESLAS DRONES LLC for any additional costs associated with this commercial photography contract, including (but not limited to) travel, lodging, meals, and parking fees.

TESLAS DRONES LLC will deliver photographs to [Client.Company] within 30 days after the photography shoot.

[Client.Company] will have up to 24 hours prior to shoot to provide a written list of the photographs/videos desired for final production and delivery, including format.

[Client.Company] to the best of their knowledge must provide TESLAS DRONES LLC with any information about possibilities of interference with drone operations such as (but not limited to) proper access to property, time frame for operations, and date of operations for TESLAS DRONES LLC to conduct services.

TESLAS DRONES LLC retains full copyright to all photographs/video taken during the photography shoot, but grants unlimited, non-exclusive, nontransferable rights to [Client.Company] to use or reproduce any photographs purchased as final photographs.

[Client.Company] shall receive two revisions of services before additional fees will ensue for further revisions. If revision is needed because of a mistake on our part, no additional fee will be charged.

Notice for revisions must be presented to TESLAS DRONES LLC within a 30 day period after [Client.Company] receives finished project. Any later may result in lost and/or deleted footage.

It is understood that TESLAS DRONES LLC is operating in accordance with FAA regulations for the commercial use of drones. All TESLAS DRONES LLC pilots are licensed under Part 107 of Title 14 Code of Federal Regulations for commercial operations.

TESLAS DRONES LLC only provides technical service and operation of drones and does not claim to have or provide construction/surveying knowledge.

[Client.Company] is solely responsible for the success of the commercial photography/video shoot. TESLAS DRONES LLC will in no case be liable for coverage due to lack of space, information, communication, resources, or participation.

Services provided by TESLAS DRONES LLC may be delayed by unforeseeable circumstances including (but not limited to) rain, wind, hail, snow, and natural disasters. TESLAS DRONES LLC will proceed with agreed upon service during the next time frame in which drone operations do not pose a threat to property or people.
